Teaching

In my workshop, I share personal improvisation methods based on specific quality movements starting from intentions, imaginary scenarios, and theatrical layers.

I am interested in leading the participants to create spontaneity in the interpretation as performers, selecting exercises that will push them to feel rather than duplicate. 

For this, I've selected different tools that we will explore together thematically:  
breathing and voice, musicality and sound, and body combined
with the expressivity of the face. 

I also share more technical tools to approach floorwork with a playful mindset 
and methods that challenge the movers to break their body's habits.

The classes aim to create a research environment where a personal way of moving and interpreting is very welcome and encouraged.
