Teaching

In her workshop, Sara shares a personal improvisation method based on tasks connected to qualities of movement, intentions, imaginary scenarios, and theatrical layers. She is interested in how to create spontaneity in the interpretation as performers, selecting exercises that will push the dancer to feel rather than duplicate. 

Sara shares floorwork practice approached in a less traditional way and methods to break the body's habits and challenge the movers.

The classes aim to create a research environment where a personal way of moving and interpreting is very welcome and encouraged.
